QUIKSILVER Nordic Cup 2010

 

 

Already in the fourth consecutive year the biggest race season closing event in wakeboard life have became the “Quiksilver Nordic Open Cup”, which this year will take place on the 11th September in Adazi, wakeboard club Promobius.
Quiksilver Nordic Open Cup competitions for many wakeboarders have became a major seasonal event. Here everyone wants to show what is trained during the season, making assessment not only of their own and other competitors growth, but also ensuring viewers the best show.

This year, alongside the traditional groups, will be opened three another groups – youngsters, where 9 year old and younger kids will take apart and masters women’s and men’s master groups, where riders on age of 30 and above will take apart. And we will find out not only the best Riders but also The team of the year 2010.

As usual, before the race, all participants and supporters will participate in the Celebratory parade through the Adazi. But the first starts will be at 11:00, when according the Rules qualifications rounds will take place (qualifications is held in groups where the number of participants exceeds  4 people), and the finals will be held at 15:00 in all nine groups:
Youngsters: 9 years old and under – boys and girls whose age on 1^st January 2010 was 9 or less.

Boys: 10 – 14 years old  – boys whose age on 1^st January 2010 was 10., 11.,12.,13.,14.

Girls: 10 – 14 years old  – girls whose age on 1^st January 2010 was 10., 11.,12.,13.,14.

Junior  Men: 15 to 18 years old – If your age on 1^st January 2010 was 15., 16., 17., 18.

Junior  Ladies: 15 to 18 years old – If your age on 1^st January 2010 was 15., 16., 17., 18.

Open Division –  Men: No age  restriction.

Open Division –  Ladies: No age  restriction.

Masters –  Men: 30 years old and over – if your age on 1^st January 2010 was 30 or more

Masters –  Ladies: 30 years old and over – if your age on 1^st January 2010 was 30 or more.

Entering the competition can be applied till 10.09.2010, or on race day ( according to rule 3).
